1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Noor e Qurani. By accessing our platform, enrolling in our online courses, or reserving class slots, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed specifically to provide online one-on-one Islamic and Qur'anic education for women and girls of all ages.

2. Services & Live Sessions

Noor e Qurani provides 30-minute, 1-on-1 live online sessions covering Nazra Qur'an reading with Tajweed, 40 Ahadees, Masnoon Duaen, and Taleem-ul-Islam. Sessions are conducted by certified female instructors (Hafiza) in a supportive, private virtual environment.

• Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability confirmed upon enrollment.
• Students are expected to join sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session duration to protect the schedule of subsequent students.
• If an instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled session, a makeup session will be arranged at no additional cost.

3. Registration & Account Responsibilities

When enrolling, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact information. For minor students, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Tuition Fees & Billing

Tuition is billed on a monthly subscription or recurring session basis as indicated during enrollment. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paddle). By enrolling, you authorize Noor e Qurani to charge the stated monthly tuition fee until cancellation.

5. Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. To reschedule a live session without penalty:

• Notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time via student portal or email.
• Unexcused no-shows without 24-hour prior notice may be counted as completed sessions.

6. Code of Conduct

Noor e Qurani promotes an atmosphere of mutual respect, modesty, and Islamic ethics. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or breach of privacy during live sessions will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum guides, educational materials, audio recitations, and custom learning content provided by Noor e Qurani are protected by intellectual property laws. Materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use by enrolled students.

8. Amendments & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
